Industries generating spent solvents, ETP sludge, used oil, chemical containers or process residues must obtain Hazardous Waste Authorisation from GPCB under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules 2016, maintain Form 3 records and manifests, and file Form 4 annual returns by 30 June every year.
